Thank you for joining us at our recent public exhibition at East Court. We are grateful for the feedback we received on our proposals.

We are now reviewing the comments received and refining the Reserved Matters application for 550 homes before submitting it to Mid Sussex District Council before the end of the year. 

Once submitted, there will be a further opportunity for you to share your views on the final proposals.

At the exhibition we focused on the details relevant to the Reserved Matters stage. Alongside this, it’s important to note that as part of the Hybrid planning application, the Council have already resolved to grant Full Planning Permission for a number of elements of the wider scheme, including the principle of the development, the vehicular access, the new country park and sports facilities for Imberhorne School, which will be delivered as part of the overall development.
